Job Summary
The primary purpose of this job position is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential duties include performing routine maintenance on grounds, facility, and equipment, cleaning windows, replacing light bulbs, and servicing heating and cooling units.
The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds occasionally and regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, read, or hear.
