Job Summary

  • The Sales Performance Analyst positions support BGS Go-To-Market efforts by partnering with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to provide data-driven insights, improve processes, and enhance sales performance visibility.
  • Develop, enhance, maintain, and automate dashboards and executive reports that track key metrics such as renewal rates, churn, ARR/MRR trends, forecast accuracy, and pipeline health.
