Candidates will analyze compensation data to ensure the organization's plan is competitive and optimized while advising senior leaders company-wide.

Base: 155,000 - 205,000 USD Annual; Bonus/Equity: Incentive compensation (exempt roles only); Benefits: Comprehensive plan including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years experience in finance or compensation
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Analytics
Superior financial modeling and data normalization skills
Experience with Qlik Tableau or Power BI tools
Ability to present findings to senior leadership
Nice-to-have
SQL database and Python programming experience
Workday system proficiency
Experience in large matrixed organizations
Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
Knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations
Key Requirements
10+ years relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Analytics, or Data Science
Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
