Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers in the VIP area, overseeing set-up, closing procedures, and ensuring workstations are clean and stocked.
Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
Requires knowledge of POS system, ability to input daily reports, work with customer service, handle schedules, and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
