Base: $115,000 - $205,000 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401K match and insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years Workday HCM configuration experience
2+ years leadership or managerial role
Hands-on implementation across Core HR modules
Expertise in Compensation and Talent modules
Strong stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have
Workday certifications in relevant HCM modules
Proficiency in Workday reporting and EIBs
Experience with change management and training
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or Business Administration
