Job Summary
This position is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-critical Federal Reserve initiative transforming the payments landscape in the United States.
The Senior Analyst will act as an escalation point for Level 1 support while fulfilling customer requests and driving operational efficiency improvements.
The role supports a hybrid work environment with required onsite days and operates on a 2nd shift schedule, Wednesday through Sunday.

Experience with backend operational activities and compliance inquiries
