Job Summary
The VP – Operations Manager leads daily FX hedging operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and controlled processing of products for Passive Currency Overlay programs.
The role will support the TM AI Operations Global lead and APAC Head of TM AI, productivity, and workforce-enablement initiatives.
Partner with Product and Tech to ensure operational considerations are embedded in solution design working very closely with TM Branch, Cluster and CSC leads.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Experience in FX, custody, or transaction services operations
Strong technical understanding of FX forwards, swaps, NDF processing, and settlements
Experience leading operational and/or transformational teams
Ability to deliver productivity, automation, or AI initiatives in live production environments
