Manage, retain, and grow strategic accounts including Compounders, Converters, masterbatch producers, and plastic processors.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Polymer / Plastics / Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry with a Diploma in Plastics or Polymers
Minimum 10 years of Sales or Business Development experience within the plastics industry
Strong technical knowledge of polymer additives
Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
Experience in conducting customer trials
Prior exposure to distributor management
Strong analytical capability
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and digital reporting tools
