Key Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Sales or Business Development experience within the plastics industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of polymer additives
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
  • Experience in conducting customer trials
  • Prior exposure to distributor management
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and digital reporting tools
