Job Summary

  • Supports Investment Advisors and branch operations with day-to-day administration and provides exceptional client service to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Resolves client complaints, accepts and executes client initiated trades, and handles general day-to-day client requests and inquiries.
  • Develops rapport and instills confidence with the client to develop credibility and promote a positive client experience resulting in retaining long-term client relationships.
