The role is responsible for sustaining and optimizing mechanical aspects of released products from SOP through End-of-Life while ensuring design integrity and cost competitiveness.
Candidates will act as the plant-level technical owner driving root cause analysis, design improvements, and cross-functional alignment to support production and warranty objectives.
The position requires strong problem-solving skills to conduct second-level technical analysis on production issues and implement permanent corrective actions.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5-10 years automotive manufacturing experience
Root cause analysis methodologies (8D, 5 Whys)
Change management processes (PCR, CCB, PPAP)
Cross-functional team leadership

Master's Degree preferred
Mentorship of site technicians
Customer interaction experience
Value Analysis/Value Engineering initiatives
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
5–10 years experience in high-volume manufacturing
Proven experience with 8D, 5 Whys, and Fishbone analysis
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and OEM-specific requirements
