Job's mission In this role, you will shape how automation and robotics transform our operations. You will connect advanced technologies such as AIoT and autonomous systems with real-world manufacturing impact. By scaling digital and physical automation, you will help improve productivity, resilience, and the way our people work. What you will be working on Define the automation and robotics strategy for operations and manufacturing environments. Identify high-value opportunities across shopfloor, warehouse, quality, engineering, and support workflows. Lead technology selection, business case development, pilot design, and scale-up strategy. Establish standards for architecture, safety, governance, maintainability, and cybersecurity. Drive change management and operating model transitions required for automation adoption. Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and ecosystem providers. Guide evaluation of emerging technologies including humanoid robotics and autonomous systems. What we are looking for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
