Job Summary
Set the technical product vision and multi-year roadmap for 3M’s enterprise AI portfolio.
Design and build end-to-end AI products that scale, stitching together LLMs, serverless runtimes, feature stores, vector databases, and model registries.
Own the full product engineering lifecycle from user-story intake and rapid prototyping to hardened MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with CI/CD, automated testing, lineage, drift alerts, and one-click rollback.
