Job Summary

  • The outpatient physical therapist provides an individualized evaluation, during which the client, family/caregiver, and physical therapist determine the patient's goals, customize interventions to optimize the person's ability to perform functional activities, and continuously assess progress towards goals to ensure goals are being met and/or to modify the intervention plan based on the patient's needs and skills.

  • This position will be integral in treating a general PT population to include aging adults, orthopedic, and neurodegenerative conditions. We value mentorships, continuing education, and a healthy caseload to provide individualized care as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2002)
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy (pre-2016)
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Arkansas Physical Therapy License
  • Eligible for Arkansas PT License within 1 month
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks
  • Pass drug screen
  • Submit to TB skin test
  • Required immunizations
  • 2 years of experience in Physical Therapy
