Job Summary

• The Tiger Team Technician II is responsible for working with a small group of individuals in the day to day support of regional operations, performing a variety of work including generator bearing exchange, up tower gearbox repairs, pitch ram exchange, yaw drive exchange, troubleshooting, training, and safety exercises.
• This position requires the ability to climb wind towers daily, access wind turbines to perform maintenance tasks, lift, carry, and transport essential equipment, tools, and materials to job site, and monitor the activities of maintenance contractors.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in Wind School and/or Mechanical degree preferred
• Global Wind Organization Certificate preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Wind, Solar, and BESS
• Alternatively 2 year or 4 year college degree in a technical science
• Current journeyman or master electrician license
• Unrestricted driver license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
