Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years enterprise monitoring experience
Hands-on expertise in Dynatrace or AppDynamics
Proficiency with Prometheus and Grafana
Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud architectures
Strong background in automation scripting
Nice-to-have
Exposure to SRE and DevOps concepts
Strategic forward-thinking approach
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Familiarity with ServiceNow or Remedy
Experience in Agile Scrum implementation
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/IT
At least 15 years of experience in Enterprise monitoring
At least 10 years hands-on experience with industry tools
