The position requires partnering closely with SEO, Paid Search, Email, Product, UX, and Analytics teams to align acquisition strategy with on-site experiences.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years CRO or web optimization experience
Proven track record of website A/B testing
Hands-on experience with form-based journeys
Strong understanding of mobile-first UX/UI
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Nice-to-have
Experience in mortgage or financial services
Ability to balance traffic quality and conversion
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytics platforms
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5-8 years of experience in CRO, web optimization, or growth roles
