Salary
Base: $140,000 - $215,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonuses and equity grants; Benefits: Comprehensive package including health insurance, 401k, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years building scalable backend systems
Deep understanding of distributed systems
Experience with Golang and Python
Proficiency with Kubernetes and Kafka
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
Nice-to-have
Prior experience managing large endpoint fleets
Background in cybersecurity and intelligence
Experience with low-latency internet services
Sense of humor and humility
Familiarity with C++ or TypeScript
Key Requirements
Must be eligible for CJIS clearance
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required
Computer science background or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 1-3 times per year
