Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for handling Employment Practices Liability and overflow Directors & Officers Liability Claims, identifying, investigating, and resolving multiple coverage issues at the earliest appropriate time and providing clear and concise written and verbal communication of policy coverage issues to insureds, brokers, underwriters and risk managers.
  • Effectively analyze and budget the litigation of each claim on pending through timely discussions with counsel, vendors and insureds.

New York/New Jersey: $69,000-$86,000; Illinois: $70,000 - $76,000; Bonus eligibility

  • Ability to analyze policies of insurance and legal documents

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
  • JD highly preferred
