Job Summary

  • Assist in preparing financial forecast(s) which will include financial analysis to support Revenue, Profit, Overhead expense, and land cashflow projections.
  • Lead monthly reviews with Land and Finance teams to reconcile all land balances and development budgets.
  • Regular participation in field visits which includes assessment and review of community performance compared to expectations and physical observation of community development progress.
