Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Diagnose vehicle malfunctions accurately
Perform repairs per safety requirements
Road-test vehicles for quality assurance
Maintain inventory of mechanic tools
Work full-time schedule including Saturdays
Nice-to-have
Team player with customer service focus
Ability to document work and test results
Experience with flat rate pay system
Key Requirements
Prior automotive repair experience required
ASE and manufacturer certification required
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
