Job Summary

  • Assists residents with loading and unloading from facility approved vehicles and ensures their safe transportation to scheduled medical appointments or other approved activities.
  • Maintains the interior and exterior of facility vehicles to promote safe and comfortable transport and monitors vehicle maintenance logs for regular upkeep.
  • Must be able to lift, transfer, and mobilize patients weighing up to 70 pounds and demonstrate safe clinical based transfer techniques.
