Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
ACLS certification required
Ability to make independent clinical decisions
Experience with LMR systems preferred
EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
Nice-to-have
3 years of emergency room experience
Effective interaction with diverse cultural backgrounds
Willingness to work harmoniously with all staff types
Strong communication skills for legal documentation
Ability to cope with high mental and emotional stress
