Job Summary

  • This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills along with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, online designing tools and content creation tools (Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Canva, etc), learning management systems (Workday Learning).
  • Delivers Training to new hires and existing employees on: Customer service, Products, New Policies and procedures, awareness training, Operational Processes, Business line training (experts in), Any other areas as may be identified by the training need analysis and to support roll-out of new projects and initiatives.
