  • Define and monitor the workflow for your own area and coordinate staff deployment within your own and external departments, including external companies.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks, create and monitor shift and vacation planning, and support compliance with work safety regulations.
  • Support troubleshooting, plan maintenance activities and fault clearance, and ensure compliance with legal and safety-relevant inspections.

Key Requirements

  • Master craftsman/technician or equivalent technical school degree
  • Completed vocational training in supply engineering/mechanical engineering or related fields
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance of machines and plants
  • Experience with maintenance systems (e.g., SAP-PM module)
  • Experience with supervised plants and inspection bodies (e.g., TÜV)
  • Experience in commissioning and working with external companies
  • Very good IT skills (SAP, MS Office)
  • Driver's license Class III or B
