Key Requirements

  • MD or equivalent, MD/PhD a plus
  • Board Certification in Psychiatry preferred
  • 15+ years professional experience
  • 10+ years in pharmaceutical R&D
  • Experience in late phase study design, execution, interpretation, and regulatory filings
  • Leadership role in a multifunctional R&D organization
  • Experience in a global multi-functional R&D matrix organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices
  • Thorough knowledge of drug development process
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical portfolio risk management
  • Knowledge of global regulatory authority procedures
