Job Summary

  • Responsible for all financial accounting and reporting for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, including the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR) and Single Audit Reporting.
  • Direct the preparation of the annual budget for the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, including the base budget, expansion requests, and certification in accordance with the Office of State Budget and Management (OSBM) requirements.
  • Direct all departmental procurement actions in accordance with rules and regulations established by the Department of Administration - Purchasing & Contracts, and the Department of Information Technology.
