Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Local Trial Manager for their Oncology division, responsible for overseeing clinical trials remotely in the U.S. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical trial management, particularly in oncology, and will be integral in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and fostering collaboration within trial teams

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for local management of a clinical trial (or Medical Affairs data generation activity) in a country or countries, with operational oversight from start-up through to database lock and closeout activities.
  • The Senior, Local Trial Manager is responsible for coordinating and leading the local trial team to deliver quality data and trial documents/records that are compliant with the assigned clinical trial protocol, company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • 2 years clinical trial management experience
  • 5 years clinical trial monitoring experience
  • 2 years oncology experience
  • BA or BS degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences
  • 2 years leadership experience
  • Proficient in speaking and writing country language and English
  • 2 years hematology oncology experience preferred
  • Proficient in ICF writing/negotiations preferred
