Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and end-of-life care while maintaining a calm and positive environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of PCC documentation systems
Experience with resident personal care tasks
Understanding of HIPAA confidentiality rules
