Job Summary

  • As a Reward Expert, you will play a crucial role in the future of the remuneration policy at NMBS, building remuneration structures and supporting strategic choices around total remuneration.
  • You will develop and optimize reward processes such as salary scales, bonus structures, and remuneration policy, while maintaining and updating reward guidelines and procedures, including those for salary proposals.
