8+ years supply chain leadership experience
Multi-site manufacturing operations management
Integrated business planning (IBP/S&OP)
Strategic procurement and supplier negotiation
Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement
ERP/MRP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering
Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma
Experience in aerospace and defense sectors
Strong financial acumen and data analytics
