Key Requirements
Technical qualification or background strongly preferred
Extensive FM background
Proven ability to understand and evaluate hard service and soft service delivery
Demonstrated track record of supporting and leading site-based teams
Strong willingness to travel regularly
Successful contract management and team leadership experience
Proven ability to build and maintain effective vendor relationships
Experience in financial management
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Graduate-level qualification or equivalent
Customer-facing experience within technical FM services
Health & Safety qualification equivalent to IOSH/NEBOSH
