Work location: West Working hours: 5.5 days work week, office hours only Key Responsibilities: Patient Support: Respond promptly to patient and caregiver enquiries, demonstrating empathy and service professionalism. Adhere to operational standards and protocols to ensure a safe and consistent care environment. Manage patient feedback constructively and escalate complex cases to the appropriate supervisor when required. Carry out patient registration and verification accurately, safeguarding confidentiality at all times. Process payments and billing with precision, ensuring timely completion within the same day. Maintain readiness of all clinic facilities, including waiting areas and self-service stations. Ensure smooth operations and prepared to receive the first patient ahead of scheduled appointment times. Clinical Support: Assist medical and allied health professionals during consultations to enable smooth clinic flow. Coordinate and schedule first-visit and follow-up appointments based on clinical needs. Manage patient waiting times and provide timely updates to keep patients informed. Monitor and clear system work queues within the same working day. Be prepared to assist or rotate across different clinics or service points when needed. Guide patients on the use of digital tools such as kiosks and mobile applications. Key Requirements: Possess N’ or O’ Level , NITEC or Dipl
