• As a Lead Contract Manager, you will be a valued part of the project team and a key partner to project management, developing contract strategies for risk minimization and opportunity utilization.
• You will be responsible for daily administrative contract management, including formal correspondence, initiating amendments, claims, and ensuring timely and quality submission of required documents.
• The role involves close collaboration with the legal department, coordinating major claims, and supporting legal disputes, as well as ensuring all contractual obligations are met during the close-out process.
