The role involves supervising and performing preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnosing equipment failures, and coordinating necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
The technician will propose improvements aimed at energy efficiency and reducing operating costs while maintaining mechanical rooms, service buildings, gardens, swimming pools, and other electromechanical areas of the hotel.
