Job Summary
Conduct on the job training and coaching with new hires and existing staff on standard procedures, workmanship and safety through iOMS.
Identify skill gaps and training needs through the use of OJT2 and promote safety and quality standards through daily observation and coaching.
Assist line leads in developing training plans for each new hire to develop skills at most efficient rates while providing most impact to the line.
