  • You will lead challenging floorplanning, place-and-route (PNR), timing closure, and physical verification activities, while collaborating across functions to drive on-time, high-quality tapeouts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
  • 5+ years of ASIC/SoC physical design experience
  • Experience with 16nm and below technology nodes
  • Proficiency in floorplanning, PNR, STA, physical verification
  • Experience developing automated flows (Tcl, Perl, Python)
  • Understanding of fabrication process limitations, ESD/IR/EM analysis
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate cross-functionally
