Salary
Base: $145,000.00–$170,000.00 Annually; Bonus/Equity: Bonus opportunities and Employee Stock Purchase Plan available; Benefits: Matching 401k, FSA/HSA, comprehensive insurance coverage
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school
Active member in good standing with state bar
Over five years legal experience in supply chain
Drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
Deep knowledge of contract law and UCC
Knowledge of international trade regulations
Experience advising on IP cybersecurity or data privacy
Nice-to-have
Experience with aerospace defense industry regulations
Familiarity with government contracting compliance FAR DFARS
Experience with contract lifecycle management software
Exposure to litigation and dispute resolution processes
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environment
