The Senior TM will be embedded onsite with the existing JLL team and the client's real estate group, reporting to the JLL Global Commercial Manager while also supporting the client's Commercial Portfolio Manager's ever-growing portfolio.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years transaction management experience
Fortune 500 corporate client experience preferred
Demonstrated land transaction experience
Proficient in reviewing surveys and title reports
