Job Description & Requirements Roles & Responsibilities JOB SCOPE Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for projects. Assist in preparation of tender documents and procurement processes. Support Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation. Liaise with colleagues and other departments to obtain necessary information for cost estimation. Assist in preparing supplier and subcontractor payment requests. Attend site meetings as required. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. REQUIRED ABILITIES, SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE Quantity Surveyor Requirements: Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, M&E, or Equivalent Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in AutoCAD and PDF software for quantity take-off and measurements. Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills. Strong experience in contracts management, claims, and cost control. Proficiency in relevant software such as Excel, cost estimation software, and project management tools. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines. Preferably Singaporean
