Job Summary
The Mechanical Coach Crushing will coach and develop FQM-Kansanshi Process Plant Artisans, enhancing their technical skills and on the job behaviors to achieve a culture of high quality work and efficiency.
This role requires the delivery of a continuous assessment processes to enable Artisans to understand their progress and involves 'on the job' coaching and support, alongside formal training modules.
The coach will lead with a People First mindset, raise learner’s aspirations through their passion for the subject and method of interaction, and champion quality and provide visible leadership 'on-the-floor'.
