As a true Ambassador of the Maison and the Excellence sought by CHANEL, you will ensure an ultimate experience in our Fashion boutiques throughout the customer journey.
Your main missions will be to take charge of and warmly welcome each client upon their arrival in the boutique, respecting the codes of the Maison.
You will be responsible for the planning and coordination of all customer appointment channels, reporting on the outcome of appointments and liaising with the sales teams.
