Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
  • 3 years of experience as a pharmacist
  • Pharmacist license through Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy or eligible
  • Pharm.D. degree
  • Advanced degree (MS, MBA, MHA, MPA, etc.)
  • Completion of ASHP-accredited residency
  • One (1) year of prior supervisory experience
  • Five (5) years of experience in applicable area or PGY-2 residency
  • Board certification or equivalent accredited certification/credentials
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy distribution systems
  • Sound analytical thinking
