• Provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all resident care information including protected health information and report any suspected violations.

Salary

Base: $22.00-$23.50 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, Sick Days, 7 Paid Holidays
