The primary purpose of this role is to develop, coordinate, and direct the facility's marketing and public relations programs to maintain and increase census.
The incumbent must ensure all employees follow established policies governing the release of information regarding residents and the facility in accordance with current Privacy Rules.
This position requires preparing a departmental operating budget and serving on various committees as directed by the Administrator.
