Job Summary
Responsible for providing project/construction management services, as well as administering and supervising Tenant and Landlord improvement activities for Brookfield Properties.
Manage site meetings and project inspections to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Assist Leasing, Asset Management and Legal Departments in the negotiation and finalization of lease documents related to construction work.
