The primary purpose of this position is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and services.
This role involves maintaining positive relationships with families, residents, community and civic leaders, and coordinating with news media to share positive developments.
The position requires preparing and managing the departmental operating budget in collaboration with the Administrator and ensuring all public materials are accurate and up to date.
