The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with established standards and policies.
Essential duties include following maintenance schedules, performing routine and unscheduled maintenance on facility systems and grounds, and reporting all accidents and equipment malfunctions.
The role requires the ability to solve practical problems, interpret instructions, and perform physical tasks including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
