Own full P&L accountability, driving profitability and maximizing return on invested capital, while partnering with FP&A to develop annual financial plans.
Promote a culture of transparency, inclusion and engagement through consistent, site-wide communication and cultivation of a motivating work environment where associates feel appreciated and empowered.

Key Requirements
10-12 years complex manufacturing leadership
Previous medical device experience preferable
International experience desirable
P&L management in a technical environment
Active operations leadership role within past two years
Technical or business Bachelor’s degree
Master’s degree(s) in business or technical field desired
