The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while maintaining a calm and warm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Lift and move residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for incidents and care plans
Follow established policies on blood/body fluid exposure

Create atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regularly scheduled nursing meetings
Demonstrate ability to solve practical problems
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
