Taylor Technology Services Inc. is seeking an Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to oversee the optimization and governance of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across various business functions. Job Summary

  • Lead and manage ongoing support, optimization, governance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and related business functions.
  • Lead and develop onshore and offshore functional analysts, driving performance management, knowledge growth, and cross-training.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards tracking incident trends, ticket volumes, SLA adherence, automation progress, and enhancement pipeline.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of ERP experience
  • 3-5 years in leadership
  • Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion (SCM or Manufacturing focus preferred)
  • Experience managing production support
  • Strong vendor and offshore team management experience
  • Demonstrated experience establishing operational KPIs and governance frameworks
  • Excellent executive communication skills
